Izzy Africa ("we," "us," or "our") is an e-ticketing and event management platform serving Sub-Saharan Africa. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, including event photography/videography, in compliance with:

• Nigeria's NDPR
• Kenya's Data Protection Act
• South Africa's POPIA
• Other applicable Sub-Saharan African laws.

By using our platform or attending events, you consent to this policy.

2. Data We Collect

A. From Users (Attendees)

• Personal Data: Name, email, phone, payment details (via Paystack/Flutterwave).
• Event Data: Ticket purchases, attendance history.
• Media Consent: Images/videos taken at events may be used for marketing (see Section 3B).

B. From Creators (Organizers)

• Business Data: Company name, bank details (payouts).
• Event Data: Attendee lists (logistics only).

C. Cookies

Essential (login sessions) and analytics (opt-out via browser settings).

3. How We Use Your Data

Media Use Clause:

By attending events, you grant Izzy Africa and event organizers the right to use photographs/videos of you for:

• Social media promotion.
• Website/blog content.
• Paid advertisements.

To opt out, email support@izzy.africa before the event.

4. Data Sharing

We never sell your data. Limited sharing with:

• Payment gateways (Paystack/100Pay) – Transaction processing only.
• Event organizers – Attendee names/emails (event access) and approved media.
• Legal authorities – If required by law.

5. Your Rights

You may:

6. Data Security

• Encryption (SSL/TLS).

Event photos/videos are retained for 5 years unless you request deletion (proof of identity required).

8. Updates

Changes will be emailed and posted. Continued use = acceptance.
